This site presents the Agent Launch products, which are built for licensed insurance professionals. A purchase is governed by the agreement shown at that checkout: the Blueprint License, the CRM Terms or the Done-For-You Agreement. Where those agreements and these terms differ, the agreement controls for that purchase.
03 The results shown
The numbers on this site are our own results from our own advertising accounts between June and October 2026. They are shown as a record of what we did, not as a promise of what you will get. Your results depend on your market, licenses, budget, offer, follow-up and compliance choices, and may be better or worse.
04 Not professional advice
Everything on this site is marketing and educational material. It is not legal, compliance, tax or financial advice. Compliance sign-off for your own marketing belongs to you, your upline and your counsel.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free.
09 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Oso Smooth LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and its total liability for anything arising from the site itself is limited to $100. Liability for a purchased product is governed by that product’s agreement.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
