Service: Agent Launch Done-For-You (the "Service"): the Provider builds and runs your website, lead funnels, ad tracking, Facebook and Instagram advertising, CRM, and lead follow-up for your insurance business.
Your plan: $997 a month plus a one-time $1,500 setup fee, with a 3-month minimum. You pay your ad spend directly to Meta, at least $20 a day. Texts, calls, AI voice minutes and emails are billed at cost each month.
After the first 3 months, your plan renews monthly until you cancel in your member portal under Profile, Account Settings, Billing & Subscription.
01 Setup
During roughly the first 30 days, the Provider builds your website and lead funnels on the HighLevel platform from the Provider's templates, on your domain, using your branding and content you approve.
The Provider sets up your CRM account with everything in Agent Launch CRM, including follow-up texts and emails, an AI phone assistant, and your business texting registration.
The Provider installs ad tracking (the Meta pixel and Conversions API), connects your Facebook lead forms, and writes and builds your first campaigns in your own Meta ad account.
02 Monthly management
Each month, the Provider manages your Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns, including new ads, testing, budget and targeting changes, and pausing what doesn't work.
The Provider keeps your website, funnels, and follow-up current with platform and marketing-rule changes, sends you a monthly report of spend, leads, cost per lead, and appointments, and holds one monthly check-in call with you.
You also receive the Agent Launch Blueprint and its updates. The Blueprint files are licensed to you under the Agent Launch Blueprint License, which is part of this agreement.
03 Not included
Unless agreed in writing, the Service does not include advertising on other platforms such as Google or Microsoft, direct mail or print, buying leads, cold calling, answering or working your leads, quoting, selling, or enrolling, licensing or carrier appointments, or legal and compliance review.
04 Fees
A one-time setup fee of $1,500 and the first month's management fee of $997 are charged at signup. The Provider may waive or reduce the setup fee under a promotion stated on the sales page or at checkout; the waiver applies only to the setup fee, only to purchases completed while the promotion is shown, and changes nothing else in this agreement. The $997 management fee is then charged every month until the Service ends.
Texts, calls, AI voice minutes, emails, phone numbers, and carrier registration fees are billed separately, at the Provider's cost, on a monthly invoice due within 10 days. Third-party costs you approve, such as domains, stock images, or paid apps, are yours.
The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun. Management fees for a month that has started are non-refundable.
05 Ad spend
Ad spend is not included. Your campaigns run in your own Meta ad account under your own Page, and you pay Meta directly with your own payment method.
The Service requires an ad budget of at least $20 per day. You control your budget, and the Provider will not raise it without your approval.
06 Minimum term, renewal, and cancellation
The first three months are a minimum term. If you cancel before your third monthly payment, the management fees for the rest of the minimum term are still due, and you authorize the Provider to charge them to your payment method on file.
After the minimum term, the Service continues month to month until you cancel. Cancel in your member portal under Profile, Account Settings, Billing & Subscription, or by emailing the Provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for.
After the minimum term, the Provider may change the monthly fee with at least 30 days' notice by email.
07 Your responsibilities
You must be a licensed insurance agent or agency in good standing in each state where your ads run, and you will tell the Provider which states and products you are licensed and appointed for.
Within 5 business days of signup, you will give the Provider partner access to your Meta Business Manager, ad account, and Facebook Page, access to your domain, your logo and photos, and the business details needed for texting registration.
You will respond to approval requests within 3 business days. You will follow up with your leads promptly; working and selling to your leads is your job.
08 Approvals and compliance
Nothing runs without your approval. You will review every ad, landing page, script, disclaimer, and automated message before it goes live, and by approving it you accept responsibility for its compliance.
You are responsible for following CMS Medicare marketing rules, your carriers' and FMO's rules (including any requirement to get their approval of marketing materials), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state insurance and telemarketing laws, and advertising platform policies.
Because the Provider generates leads for you, your carriers may treat the Provider as a third-party marketing organization (TPMO). You will tell the Provider about your carriers' and FMO's vendor and oversight requirements, and the Provider will cooperate with reasonable requests.
The Provider builds to the standards in the Agent Launch Blueprint and may decline to run anything it believes is non-compliant.
09 Platforms
Meta and other platforms may reject ads, limit delivery, or restrict accounts at their discretion. The Provider will work to resolve these issues but does not control platform decisions and is not responsible for them.
10 Ownership
You own your ad account, Page, domain, leads, and data, and, once they are paid for, the ads, copy, and images created for you.
The Provider's templates, workflows, prompts, scripts, and methods remain the Provider's and are licensed to you for use during the Service.
When the Service ends and your account is paid in full, the Provider will hand over your website content and, where the platform allows, transfer a copy of your website and funnels to your own HighLevel account. You can ask for an export of your contacts for 30 days after the Service ends. The Provider will name you as a client only with your permission.
11 The provider's own insurance business
The Provider's owner is a licensed insurance agent who markets Medicare and health insurance and may advertise in your markets. Your leads and data are used only to serve you. The Provider will never contact, sell to, or share your leads, or use them for its own sales.
12 Confidentiality and data
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the Service.
You decide what personal and health information is collected and stored, and you are responsible for any legal obligations that apply to it, including HIPAA if it applies to your business.
13 No guarantee of results; not advice
Advertising results depend on your market, budget, offer, season, follow-up, and platform changes. No specific number of leads, cost per lead, appointments, enrollments, commissions, or income is promised. Any results described in the Provider's marketing are one agent's results and are not typical.
Nothing in the Service is legal, compliance, tax, or financial advice.
14 Suspension and termination
The Provider may pause the Service if a payment is more than 7 days late, and may end the Service immediately if you ask the Provider to do something unlawful or non-compliant.
Either party may end the Service if the other materially breaches this agreement and does not fix the breach within 10 days of written notice. Amounts owed under sections 4 and 6, and sections 10, 12, 13, and 15 through 19, survive the end of the Service.
15 Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in this agreement, the Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
16 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, ad spend, regulatory penalties, carrier actions, or account suspensions.
17 Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the Provider against claims, fines, and costs arising from your products, licensing, approved materials, or use of leads, or from your breach of this agreement or the law.
18 Independent contractor
The Provider is an independent contractor. This agreement does not create a partnership, employment, or agency relationship, and the Provider does not act as your insurance agent.
19 Governing law and entire agreement
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
This agreement, together with the authorization you accepted at checkout, is the entire agreement between you and the Provider. The Provider may update it with 30 days' notice by email; any other change must be in writing.
