01 Who we are and what this covers
Oso Smooth LLC (“we”) operates hwconnects.com, the website for the Agent Launch products. This policy covers this website only. Purchases are completed in a member portal on clientclub.net and demo calls are booked on a calendar page on links.smoothhealthsolutions.com; both are operated for us on the HighLevel platform and show their own cookie and privacy notices.
02 What this site collects
There are no forms or accounts on this site, so it collects no name, email address, phone number, payment details or health information of any kind.
It does collect browsing data automatically. Our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request). The site also loads advertising and analytics tags from Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics 4), Meta (the Meta Pixel) and Microsoft (Microsoft Advertising). Those tags set cookies or similar identifiers and may receive the page you viewed, the page you came from, click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid and msclkid, your device and browser details, and these events: a page view, how much of the video you watched, and clicks on the checkout and demo buttons.
03 What happens when you buy or book
If you buy a product, the checkout page collects your name, email address, phone number and billing details, and your card is processed by the payment processor, not by us. We receive your order and contact details so we can deliver, bill and support the product. If you book a demo, the calendar page collects your name, email address, phone number and anything you type in the notes, and the call itself takes place on Zoom.
04 How we use it
To deliver and support the products you buy, to send product and billing emails, to measure and improve our advertising, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information. The advertising tags described above share browsing data with Google, Meta and Microsoft to measure and target ads; the choices below let you limit that.
06 Your choices
You can block or clear cookies in your browser. You can limit ad targeting through your Meta ad preferences, Google ads settings and Microsoft advertising settings, or industry-wide at optout.aboutads.info. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email support@hwconnects.com and we will answer within 30 days.
07 Retention and security
Order and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider’s retention settings. The site is served over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
08 Children
This site and the products are for licensed professionals. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
09 Changes and contact
