Service: Agent Launch CRM (the "Service"), a customer relationship management account on the HighLevel platform, set up from the Provider's template for health and Medicare insurance agents, with onboarding, support, and the Agent Launch Blueprint.
Your plan: $297 a month or $2,970 a year, plus a one-time $500 setup fee. Texts, calls, AI voice minutes and emails are billed at cost each month. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancel anytime in your member portal under Profile, Account Settings, Billing & Subscription. Your CRM account stays active through the period you paid for.
01 What you get
The Service includes a CRM account on the HighLevel platform, set up from the Provider's template, with lead pipelines, calendars, forms, follow-up text and email sequences, and an AI phone assistant.
It includes onboarding help with your business texting registration (A2P 10DLC), your phone number, your calendar, your AI phone assistant, and your Facebook lead forms.
It includes the Agent Launch Blueprint and its updates while your subscription is active. The Blueprint files are licensed to you under the Agent Launch Blueprint License, which is part of these terms.
It includes email support on business days. The Provider aims to reply within two business days.
02 Fees and billing
The monthly plan is $297 per month. The annual plan is $2,970 per year. A one-time $500 setup fee is charged with your first payment. The Provider may waive or reduce the setup fee under a promotion stated on the sales page or at checkout; the waiver applies only to the setup fee, only to purchases completed while the promotion is shown, and changes nothing else in these terms.
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the card on file is charged until you cancel. Annual subscribers receive a reminder email about 30 days before each renewal.
03 Usage charges
Texts, calls, AI voice minutes, emails, phone numbers, and carrier registration fees are billed separately, at the Provider's cost, on a monthly invoice due within 10 days. If the platform or the carriers raise these costs, usage charges follow them.
04 Price changes and refunds
The Provider may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your first renewal after the notice period.
The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun. Subscription fees for a billing period that has started are non-refundable.
05 Setup timeline
Setup begins after your setup call. Your account is usually ready within 5 business days after that call. Texting starts once the phone carriers approve your registration, which usually takes 1 to 3 weeks and is outside the Provider's control.
06 Your responsibilities
You must be a licensed insurance agent or agency in good standing in each state where you market.
You are responsible for everything sent or done from your account. That includes getting any consent the law requires before you text or call someone or use an automated or AI dialer, honoring opt-out and do-not-call requests, and following CMS Medicare marketing rules (including third-party marketing organization disclaimers), your carriers' and FMO's rules, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, state telemarketing, insurance, and AI-disclosure laws, HighLevel's terms, and the messaging carriers' rules.
The information you give for texting registration must be accurate. Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
07 Your data
Your contacts, leads, conversations, and recordings belong to you. The Provider accesses your account only to set it up, support it, maintain it, or as the law requires, and never markets to your leads.
You decide what personal and health information you store, and you are responsible for any legal obligations that apply to it, including HIPAA if it applies to your business. HIPAA-specific features are not included.
You can ask for an export of your contacts at any time, and for 30 days after your plan ends. After that, your account and its data may be deleted.
08 The template
The Provider's template, including its workflows, scripts, prompts, and settings, remains the Provider's. You may use it in your account while your subscription is active. You may not copy it into another account, share it, or resell it.
The Provider improves the template over time. Updates are not applied to your account automatically, because they can overwrite your own changes. The Provider will tell you about significant updates and apply them at your request.
09 Cancellation
Cancel anytime in your member portal under Profile, Account Settings, Billing & Subscription, or by emailing the Provider. Cancelling stops future charges.
Your CRM account stays active until the end of the billing period you have paid for and is then paused. Usage before the pause is still billed. Your member portal access ends when you cancel, and you keep the Blueprint files you downloaded under the Blueprint License.
10 Suspension and termination
The Provider may suspend or end the Service immediately if you break section 6, if HighLevel or the carriers flag your account for spam or abuse, or if a payment is more than 7 days late.
Either party may end the Service if the other materially breaches these terms and does not fix the breach within 10 days of written notice. Sections 3, 7, 8, and 11 through 17 survive the end of the Service.
11 No guarantee of results; not advice
The Service is software and setup help. No number of leads, appointments, enrollments, commissions, or income is promised. Any results described in the Provider's marketing are one agent's results and are not typical.
Nothing in the Service is legal, compliance, tax, or financial advice. Have your marketing, disclaimers, and consent language reviewed by your FMO, your carriers, and your own counsel.
12 Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties, including HighLevel, phone carriers, Meta, Google, and payment processors. The Provider is not responsible for their outages, policy or price changes, account restrictions, or message filtering.
13 Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, regulatory penalties, carrier fines, or account suspensions.
15 Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify the Provider against claims, fines, and costs arising from your messages, calls, marketing, or use of leads, or from your breach of these terms or the law.
16 Changes to these terms
The Provider may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you keep using the Service after an update takes effect, you accept the update.
17 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
