Your plan: it renews automatically each year until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your member portal under Profile, Account Settings, Billing & Subscription. Portal access ends when you cancel, and you keep the version you already downloaded.
01 License grant
When you purchase the Product, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for your own insurance business, by you and by the employees and contractors who work in that business, on as many of your own AI assistants and devices as you need.
02 What you may not do
You may not resell, share, publish, sublicense, give away, or upload the Product (or any substantial part of it) to any public or shared location, marketplace, course, group, or AI-assistant directory — including public GPTs, public Gems, public GitHub repositories, or shared drives — or use it to build a competing product. Each separate agency or business needs its own license.
03 Your work is yours
Websites, ads, emails, scripts, and other materials you create with the Product's help belong to you. The Product itself, and its text, remain the Licensor's.
04 Not legal, compliance, or financial advice
The Product is educational material. It describes rules from CMS, advertising platforms, and telemarketing law as the author understood and applied them in 2026, and it instructs your assistant to verify current values. Rules change. You are responsible for your own compliance, licensure, carrier and FMO requirements, and for having your disclaimers, consent language, and marketing reviewed by your FMO, carriers, and counsel.
05 No guarantee of results
Any results described in the Product or its marketing are one agent's results and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your market, licenses, budget, offer, follow-up, and compliance choices.
06 Disclaimer of warranties
The Product is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor's total liability arising from the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and the Licensor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, regulatory penalties, or account suspensions.
08 Updates, your plan, and termination
Your purchase includes updates for as long as your yearly plan is active, and updates are provided under this same license. If you cancel, you may keep using the version you already downloaded under this license, but you will not receive later updates. This license ends automatically if you breach section 2; on termination you must delete all copies.
09 Governing law
This license is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this license or the Product will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
